Petition received asking permission to apply for a dispensation from the M. W. Grand Lodge to form a new lodge to be located in the city of Holyoke, Mass. was granted. After events prove this to have been the petition for Wm. Whiting Lodge. Voted to tender to the petitioners of the new lodge the use of Masonic Hall for their preliminary meetings.

March 5, 1909
Voted that the committee on Library be authorized to proceed and fit up said library room, the cost not to exceed $200.00.
