Bro. Thomas C. Auld was appointed Nov.30, 1906 and served until his death, Sept. 23, 1945 -- thirty-nine years. He was b&yond doubt one of the outstanding organists in Western Massachusetts. It was an inspiration to hear him play and his fame extended far beyond the confines of the city. He was the teacher of music in the public schools of South Hadley Falls and organist at various times in the leading churches in this vicinity. Organist
